The latest addition to Apsley House’s basement gallery is a Victorian bronze cast of the Duke’s hands by Elkington, loaned by a private owner, plus J.P. Knight’s painting, The Army and Navy, featuring Wellington and Nelson meeting Lord Castlereagh in September 1805.
